Frequently Asked Questions
Find answers to common questions about ETIAS authorisation and our services.
ETIAS Basics
ETIAS
(European Travel Information and Authorisation System) is a
visa waiver programme for citizens of visa-exempt countries. It
allows travellers to visit Schengen Zone countries for tourism,
business, or transit purposes for up to 90 days within a
180-day period.
Citizens
from visa-exempt countries (including USA, Canada, Australia,
UK, Japan, and many others) will need ETIAS authorisation to
enter the Schengen Zone. The system applies to all travellers,
including minors.
An
ETIAS travel authorisation is valid for three years from the
date of issuance or until the expiration of your passport,
whichever comes first. During this period, you can make
multiple entries to the Schengen Zone.
The
official EU fee for ETIAS is €7 for applicants aged 18-70.
Minors under 18 and adults over 70 are exempt from the
application fee.
Application Process
Most
ETIAS applications are processed within minutes. However, some
applications may require additional processing time of up to 96
hours. In rare cases where additional documentation is needed,
processing may take up to 30 days.
You'll
need a valid passport from an eligible country, an email
address, and a credit or debit card for payment. Additional
information about your employment, travel plans, and health may
be required during the application.
Yes,
you can submit applications on behalf of family members. Each
person, including children, requires their own ETIAS
authorisation. Our family application packages make this
process simple and efficient.
If
your ETIAS application is denied, you will receive notification
with the reason for refusal. You may appeal the decision or
apply for a Schengen visa through the traditional visa
application process.

Travel Information
ETIAS
authorisation allows you to visit all 27 Schengen Zone
countries, including France, Germany, Italy, Spain,
Netherlands, and many more. The authorisation covers both
Schengen EU and non-EU Schengen countries.
No,
ETIAS is only for short-term stays for tourism, business, or
transit. For work or study purposes, you'll need to apply for
the appropriate visa or permit through the relevant embassy or
consulate.
While
travel insurance is not mandatory for ETIAS, we strongly
recommend obtaining comprehensive travel insurance for your
trip. This protects you against unexpected medical expenses,
trip cancellations, and other travel-related issues.
