We offer refunds under the following circumstances: • If your application is rejected due to an error on our part • If we are unable to provide the requested service • If you cancel before we begin processing your application Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original transaction. The official EU ETIAS fee, once submitted to the authorities, is non-refundable regardless of application outcome.

You are responsible for: • Providing accurate, complete, and truthful information • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials • Reviewing all information before submission • Notifying us immediately of any errors or changes • Complying with all applicable travel and immigration laws We are not liable for delays or rejections resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by you.
